The implementation of measures that improve quality and security is a strategic decision that must allow us to continuously improve our activity and adapt as a company to the changes faced by such a dynamic market as the Internet. Therefore, we state our commitment to compliance, by cdmon, with the legal regulations and requirements established to promote excellence in the provision of the service.
Our commitments to quality and security include:
- The principles established in our Mission and Values, which guide our purpose and the behavior of those of us who work at cdmon.
- An internal quality management system, based on the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2015, which describes the operation and quality management of the activities developed and includes process-based management, where each process is subject to periodic reviews for continuous improvement.
- An information security management system, based on the international security management standard ISO 27001:2022, which describes a continuous improvement model for information security, as well as the internal security policy.
- Following the guidelines and recommendations of the National Security Framework established in RD 311/2022.
- To preserve the information's Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, Authenticity and Traceability through the implementation of a risk management process.
